MARK SUGAR
Mark Sugar (Erba, 1982) is a leading figure in conceptual pop sculpture, combining technological rigor with humanist sensibility. Having established himself on the international scene thanks to his impactful digital communication, Sugar explores the stages of human existence—from the infinitesimal fragility of the newborn to the vitality of adolescence—as demonstrated in his exhibition series Origini. His research extends beyond materiality: with the Element Zero project, the artist explores blockchain and NFTs, establishing an inextricable dialogue between physical sculpture and digital vision. A prominent figure in prestigious exhibitions and the Vigevano Biennale, Sugar has exhibited alongside the great masters of Pop Art, establishing himself as a bold interpreter of the contradictions and evolutions of contemporary life.
